Healthy Eating - Our Philosophy

  • Get people off the Standard Australian Diet (SAD). What law says we have to conform to practices that are crazy and definitely not good for our health.
  • Eat whole (preferably organic) foods so that healthy, good food becomes part of our daily lives.
  • Start your kids on these whole foods from early childhood before they feel outside influences to conform.
  • Let your whole family enjoy the wonderful, energized feeling you get when you eat foods without synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, MSG, sweeteners and preservatives.
  • This way we can stop the obesity epidemic (and the epidemic in diseases like Type 2 diabetes) in their tracks.
  • These whole foods include organic fruit and vegetables, free range eggs, organic or grass fed livestock, butter and coconut oil, wild fish, and raw dairy if available. And a little sour dough bread and steel cut oats.

    Following their successful study with children with ADHD and other Learning Difficulties, the Engelmanns conducted a similar study with a group of 25, mostly elderly, sick obese people. Their results were truly amazing.
